Every year TANT has helped many tenants, leaseholders and the National Trust resolve problems and disputes, without any charge. We will continue to do so and are here for you.
TANT provides help and advice to National Trust long leaseholders. Of particular importance are matters related to Modern Ground Rents and the Law Commission’s proposed leasehold reforms as they apply to long leaseholds.
At long last the Leasehold and Freehold Reform Act entered the statute book on the 24th May after having been washed through the Lords.
